By accessing or using TubePush ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TubePush is an AI-powered tool that generates YouTube video titles, descriptions, and tags. The Service uses OpenAI's language models and YouTube's Data API to provide these features. Generated content is AI-produced and may require review before publishing.
You must sign in with a Google account to access dashboard features. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We use NextAuth for authentication and do not store your Google password.
TubePush uses the YouTube Data API v3 to read your channel data and optionally update video metadata. By connecting your YouTube channel, you authorize us to access your YouTube account with the permissions you grant during OAuth. We only request write access to video metadata (title, description, tags). We comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and API policies.
You can revoke TubePush's access to your YouTube account at any time through Google Account Permissions.
All titles, descriptions, and tags generated by TubePush are produced by AI. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing it to YouTube. TubePush makes no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or performance of AI-generated content.
Paid plans are processed through DodoPayments, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
Each plan has a monthly generation limit. Limits reset on the first of each month. Unused generations do not roll over. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service or exceed fair-use limits.
You may not use TubePush to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or use automated scripts to abuse the API.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data (profiles, generation history, connected channels) is permanently removed. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before deleting your account.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI output, or specific SEO results. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubePush is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
